Tasting Notes
A blend of 80% Tannat, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, this offers up dark cherry, cassis, spice and smoke on the nose. The palate is dense and structured, with ripe fruit and a very good tannic grip. A big and bold wine ideal for steak or burgers. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2014)
