Tasting Notes
Owners, Sandy and Rod Hallett, together with their children, Laura, Emily and Molly, represent the third and fourth generation of this family winery. The blend here is 67% S�millon and 33% Savvy. Made in an elegant style, the wine shows pretty floral notes, lemon, green apple and pear with a silky smooth texture, impressive structure and stony mineral notes. (VINTAGES panel, Sept. 2016)
