Tasting Notes
Fresh and fruity, with citrus zest and all the depth and complexity of apricots, peaches, apples and spice. A sparkling wine of impressive balance and integrity, with candied dosage offsetting cool climate acidity, softened by 12 months ageing on lees, this is no token offering but a well assembled and easy to drink style.
