Tasting Notes
Pale gold hue in colour, with citrus and brioche notes on the nose and very vine layers on the palate. A juicy Chardonnay with nice round yellow fruit notes and a crisp finish. Good structure comes from 12 months on lees in old oak for a subtle touch of flavour and colour. Grilled whitefish would be perfect with this wine.
