Tasting Notes
2012 was the first year Twenty Twelve was bottled. Berries bouncing off your tongue! A velvet splash of Callet. Made with Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Gorgollasa, and Manto Negro this wine has an impressive cherry red colour with violet tones. Bright with medium depth. On the nose, we find a generous expression of fruits with violets, back pepper, some cloves, and an offering of Mediterranean forest aromatics, including thyme and rosemary. The palate is fresh and light. Fruity and velvety smooth with ripe tannins. Round with a lingering finish. Organic and vegan.
