Tasting Notes
Santa Digna scoured central Chile for the perfect place to plant Syrah, which led them to vineyards in the Linares area where this wine is grown. This wine offers ripe purple fruit and peppery spice in a solidly built frame. Pair with burgers crusted with peppercorns. (VINTAGES panel, July 2016)
