Tasting Notes
Maturation for an added year in first-fill sherry butts that are seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau gives this an additional layer of character. Expect notes of toasted pecan, prune and licorice on a rich and creamy palate that finishes with delicate flavours of candied orange, raisin, and dark chocolate.
Serving Suggestions
Pair with intensely flavoured cheese like Roquefort blue or Gorgonzola, or serve with a rich dessert like cr�me caramel flan.
