Tasting Notes
Hazy gold yellow color with full long lasting head. Enticing leafy, floral and honeyed, funky aromas with notes of yeast, spiced pear, citrus fruit and grape. Off-dry, balanced with a refreshingly sour and slightly earthy/lactic edge. Shows complex flavors of sweet malt, mead/wine, tropical fruit, lemon pepper and old wood.
