Tasting Notes
Opaque core, deep ruby at the rim. The bouquet explodes with dark berries, cedar, clove, crushed tobacco, and iodine aromas. The palate is equally layered and complex. So many details to unpick yet they all meld seamlessly with grace and poise. Ample intensity balanced against a deftness that beguiles and intrigues. Acidity and tannins bring light and air as counterpoints to the barrage of details, allowing it to skip light and long to an almost never-ending finish. A great future ahead of it.
