Tasting Notes
Though the style is most obviously associated with Champagne, where the process was refined, Limoux has a firm claim on being the first region to develop sparkling wines. Labelled m�thode ancestrale, these wines are quite rare. This one was crafted in the traditional method and is floral with toast and bread notes with lemon, apple and pear.
