Probably more univerally known as Ch�teau Bel-Orme so as not be confused with Ch�teau Tronquoy-Lalande, this property is planted to 45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. In terrific years such as 2000, Bel-Orme is known for producing wines that are dense with rich aromas that suggest incense, sweet currants, cedar, leather, and spice box. This wine is drinking very well right now, but will reward 2-4 more years in a cellar. Enjoy with grilled lamb or roast beef au jus.

58% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon. Great marriage of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with musky, sweet, jammy black fruits, leading to a palate which possesses a core of dark plums and grippy, ripe tannins countered by breezy acidity. Score - 97. (Decanter Asia Wine Awards, 2019)
