About this product
This is the négociant label of the Vincent family, owners of Château de Fuissé. From one of Burgundy's warmer regions (Pouilly-Fuissé), this Chardonnay balances elegance and opulence. Expect peach, baked apple and spice notes and a satisfyingly robust mouthfeel. A good choice for turkey dinner, it'll also pair with chicken breasts cooked sous-vide and then browned in a marinade of flour, white wine and butter.
