Tasting Notes
Green tinge in colour showing a youthful style. Nose is candied, white asparagus with expressive flintiness typical of the terroir. The palate shows lively, zesty fresh fruit drive; complex with well integrated acid. Great mouthfeel and a long finish, which follows through with some lemon grass and green fig notes.
