Tasting Notes
Golden colour with reflections very surprising as it is a black variety (''Blanc de Noir''). The nose presents intense and delicate aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberries, raspberry) to stone fruit (peach) and fresh grass. In the mouth the bubble shows crisp, well integrated into the wine, refreshing and accentuating all the characteristics of the product. You can see a very present structure and creamy touch originated by the aging on lees. The flavours are fresh and pleasant to white and red fruit with a honeyed and long finish.
