Tasting Notes
The 2015 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Vergelesses Blanc has a pretty bouquet with lime flower and white peach scents, moderate definition but with good vigor. The palate is well balanced with lime and green apple on the entry, a keen line of acidity and the 20% new oak lending a little more weight on the finish. Enjoy this over the next 4-6 years.
