About this product
This Sauvignon Blanc from the Black Sage Bench is a fine demonstration of the diversity offered by the Okanagan Valley. A portion of the 2018 was fermented in French oak, which will add touches of smoke to the pear, grapefruit, tropical fruit and grass tones. Give this a go with grilled prawns or chicken.
