Tasting Notes
Entirely made from Grechetto grape, this wine has a straw yellow colour thanks to the short time that the grape skin is left in the must. Its scent is reminiscent of sambuco flowers, elderflower, broom, peach and mango. It also has a olfactory note of aromatic herbs, namely thyme and sage. It has a pleasant dry, fresh taste and is full in flavour.
