TASTING NOTE : Tasted from a sample prepared by Romain Taupenot . This has abundant dark cherries and a touch of sea salt on the well - defined nose . Good lift and vigour . The palate is structure and grippy , tightly would energy that comes through on the finish with black cherries , blueberry and just a touch black tea .
