Tasting Notes
The eye has a bright yellow colour with slightly golden highlights. The nose releases fruity aromas with hints of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, apple and pear. Slightly herbaceous, with an intense mineral character tending to salty, in which we find the component of Grechetto. On the palate confirms its charm. The harmony between the freshness and the acidic component, perfectly balanced by the fullness and roundness of the flavour, is completed by the typical minerality of the soil in which the roots of the Auramaris vineyards sink. Excellent with seafood and fish.
