Tasting Notes
Ruby red in colour, delicate and aromatic with hints of ripe fruit and foral aromas, but with a musky component. Brachetto wine stands out for its sweetness and for its pleasant, delicate and soft taste, accompained by a fine and resistant perlage. A slight tannicity balances the sweet aroma and guarantees a pleasant persistence. It can be offered as an aperitif, but this wine pairs well with desserts, or in the afternoon with dry pastry, pies and baked cakes. Wonderful companion with strawberries and peaches.
