Hailing from Scotland, this stout is named for the silkie, a mythical sea lion that is able to shed its skin and walk the earth as a human. It has roasted coffee and chocolate aromas and flavours of coffee, chocolate, blackstrap molasses and a hint of orange. The finish is long and lush. Pair with a robust stew.
