Over eight years of reviewing different bottlings of this non-vintage Champagne, International Wine Cellar never gave it a score below 90. TASTING NOTE: Crisp and floral, this is lightly chalky in texture, showing purity to the flavors of Fuji apple, ripe green pear, candied ginger, with a subtly smoky mineral layer.
