Tasting Notes
Regular and consistent, this estate delivers wines that express the beautiful terroirs of the M�connais. The recipe is simple: work the soil, control yields, look for mature maturities and do not exceed 15% new barrels. The domaine works biodynamically even though they do not have the certification. The Vergisson is a high altitude vineyard on a rocky soil. This wine is mineral and tight. Aromas of citrus, peach and pear. The palate is very precise with crisp acidity and a saline minerality, yet with a long finish.
