Tasting Notes
An organic winery for the last decade, they take a very hands-off approach to growing and winemaking. The grape clusters are hand picked and fully de-stemmed with only wild yeasts used. Barrels are 25% new with medium toast to support but not overpower the gentle expression of Pinot Noir. Les Corvees is situated just underneath the great Grand Cru vineyards and the wines produced here are the most delicate and naturally balanced, offering remarkable fullness and length. This is a powerful and fleshy Gevrey Chambertin village. Excellent length.
