Tasting Notes
Acclaimed winemaker Ann Sperling adds a splash of Semillon to this vegan-friendly, ambient-yeast-fermented Chardonnay to add a touch of extra roundness. It's creamy and complex with peach, ripe melon, apple, orange custard and a delightful, subtle Sherry note.
