Tasting Notes
Just a touch of spritz, the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity ... Smells like candied lime peel, Niagara peach season, with hints of jasmine and a small touch of petrol. It tastes like green apples, pineapples that are just ever so under ripe and stainless steel ... To say this is the perfect wine to enjoy on these +40 degree days is an understatement.
