This Ch�teau Fuiss� is overseen by fifth-generation winegrower Antoine Vincent. Typically, to make his wine, he hand-harvests, gentle-presses, ferments in some combination of steel and barrel, and ages the juice on the lees in used and new oak for between 12 and 14 months. However, he is no slave to process: Vincent bottled his 2017 wines early so that he could take full advantage of the great vibrancy and freshness they possessed. This will be an aromatic wine with impressive suggestions of white flowers, lemon citrus and peach, with a driving, juicy acidity.
