Made by iconic California winemaker Randy Dunn, this wine is a perennial darling with collectors and critics alike - the 2010 and '11 vintages were each awarded 94 points from erobertparker.com, while the most recently reviewed, the 2012, scored a 95. Expect a massive-yet-polished, structured, spiced and earthy effort from this most recent edition.

Tasting Notes
Roughly half sourced from The Benches vineyard and the Weinbau vineyard the 2018 Feather is just singing even at the three year mark. This displays a magical nose with sagebrush, ripe dark currants and milk chocolate with tilled soil undertones. The palate is soft and round with incredible verve and length. Ripe blackcurrants flavours collide with smoky minerals, cigar ash, and Turkish coffee with shades of blueberry compote. Drinking window: 2021-2040.
