A special brew, enhanced with raspberries and sour cherries, crafted in honour of the brewery's founder. Brimming with aromas and flavours of old wood, red berry fruit, citrus and spice with funky/earthy tones and a tart well-balanced finish. The palate is richly textured, harmonious and complex.
