Sourced from limestone and clay soils, the grapes for this wine are whole-bunch pressed and lightly crushed. Fermentation, both alcoholic and malolactic, takes place in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for about 14 months in French oak. The result is classic Vir�-Cless� acacia floral tones alongside honeysuckle, peach and a flint-like minerality. A fine option for grilled seafood, chicken or saut�ed vegetables.
