Tasting Notes
Elgin's cool-climate growing conditions are ideal for aromatic wines and for fresh, complex Pinot Noir. Temperatures here are moderated by altitude and prevailing southerly ocean winds. This is a youthful, ripe, juicy wine, with dark fruit, earth and forest tones. It will generously reward cellaring for 3-5+ years, or try it tonight with beef tenderloin in a blackcurrant sauce.
