The name Genetin hearkens back to an ancient grape called Muscat Genetin, which eventually evolved into Sauvignon Blanc. This wine features classic aromas of gooseberry, lemon and mineral notes leading to a medium-bodied, juicy textured palate. Serve this dry, peppy, crisp, and long-finishing Savvy with steamed mussels.

Tasting Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc. A floral nose with some aromas of stone fruit, yellow grapefruit and lime. The palate is elegant and round with complex flavours of mandarin skin, apricots and almonds, and a refreshing minerality to finish. Score - 92. (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2016)
