Tasting Notes
Colour: Rich golden honey. Nose: Orange and pineapple. Grapefruit. Rich, venerable. Red berries. Body: Full and mouth-coating; creamy. Palate: Orange marmalade dominated , with softer and supportive spice and oak. Drying. Finish: Big on all fronts, with the fruit holding out above the oaky tannins and spiciness. Excellent balance and wonderful, long aftertaste. Score - 91. (Michael Jackson, Malt Whisky Companion, 2010)
