From one of Brunello di Montalcino's most prominent producers comes this unoaked blend of 80% Sangiovese, plus dollops of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. As a result of no oak contact, Altesino's forward fruitiness takes centre stage. Filled with vibrant raspberry, plum and sour cherry, it is dry, fruity, balanced and long-finishing. This is a wine that calls out for pasta with mushrooms and onions.
