Tasting Notes
AV01 is a rich and intense Sicilian wine, with slightly orange tints and with a strong character, produced with spontaneous fermentation in acacia barrels and steel tanks and with maceration on the skins for 24 hours. It has aromas of tangerine, chamomile, roasted almonds and dried herbs. The taste is very fresh with bright and lively acidity, quite structured with some tannic backbone and notable minerality. Organic with no added sulfites and unfiltered.
