Is Elandskloof the single best Chardonnay site in the Cape? It's certainly in the top two or three, based on the number of top wines that come from its elevated slopes. Waxy, floral and complex, with refined oak and a thread of minerality, this is a wine that will age well in bottle. Drink Date: 2018-2024. Score - 93.
