Tasting Notes
This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in a vineyard with argilo-calcaire soil, which is a mix of clay and limestone. It's got a plethora of green apple, pear and white peach fruit with layers of smoky, flinty mineral and brilliantly crisp acidity. A beauty for grilled fish, lemon chicken or smoked ham.
