Tasting Notes
The 'north' and 'south' in this wine's name don't refer to separate sites - in fact, the fruit comes from a single parcel of land - but to the north-south slope of the vineyard. Matured partly in oak and partly in stainless steel, the wine promises bright, peachy fruit and hints of vanilla. Pour with clapassade (slowly simmered lamb, honey, olives and star anise).
