Tasting Notes
Ultra ripe, but showing that classic Priorat character of hot black licorice and wet, sun-warmed slate, raisined, sun-tortured fruit, like blackberry jam. The palate is thick and unctuous, saturated with black fruit and stony-scorched earth flavour; length is excellent. Top shelf value from this premium, and distinctive, growing region.
