Always popular with Vintages customers, the Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in a handful of prized sites in Paso Robles. The 2016 vintage includes splashes of Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (4%) and spent 18 months in French oak barrels. Look for deep, dark cassis fruit, savoury spices and a big, robust mouthfeel.
