Tasting Notes
A new riesling from Trius; approachable and food friendly. Shows aromas and flavours of green apple, pear, lemon/lime and tropical fruit with honey, apricot and floral notes. On the palate this is lightly sweet, with fine balanced acidity on the refreshing finish. Serve on its own, with mildly spiced fare or Asian dishes.
