Tasting Notes
The cool, restrained and beautifully layered nose is rife with Chablis character, indeed this could basically not be mistaken for anything else as the iodine and oyster shell nuances are a dead giveaway on the mostly green fruit and citrus-inflected aromas. There is first-rate concentration to the intense and muscular medium weight flavors that possess plenty of salinity on the delicious, clean and markedly dry finale. As is usually the case this is not a refined wine but I certainly like the bold delivery and intense flavor authority. Drink: 2019+. Score - 91. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Oct. 15, 2015)
