Tasting Notes
Sourced from estate vineyards in the area of Fontane in Vittoria where the winery is located. 300 m elevation, flat exposition. Red soil of medium consistency; made up of subalpine sands composed of limestone and silica. Hand-harvested. Vines average 25 years of age. Dark berry character. Full to medium body, textured tannins and a vibrant finish.
