About this product
Tedeschi makes this Ripasso with complexity in mind, which is why they blend Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes with the rare Rossignola, Oseleta, Negrara and Dindarella varieties. This wine spent six months in Slavonian oak barrels and a further six months in bottle before release. Expect layer upon layer of fresh and dried cherry, plum and spices, and pair the wine with pancetta risotto.
