Michel Rolland is the consultant winemaker here. This wine is from 2015, which is a universally successful year for reds across Europe (see our April 27 release for a feature on this outstanding vintage). This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Agiorgitiko will be sunny and smooth, with cherry, plum and field berry fruit, good acidity and pinpoint tannic structure. Enjoy it with lamb or beef souvlaki, or a prime-rib roast.
