About this product
This is sourced from gnarled bush vines that are primarily dry farmed, meaning that they are not irrigated. This forces the roots to dig deeper and work harder to find moisture. Vines that undergo such stresses produce better fruit, because the vine concentrates on survival and reproduction, i.e., producing grapes. Hand-picked and -sorted, with portions of the juice fermented in Burgundian oak barrels, adding layers of toast to the apple, peach and spice tones you can expect to uncover here.
