This is a ripe , crowd - pleasing wine made from a grape that is sometimes tricky to grow well , but Csány Winery has managed admirably . Look for red berry , spice , plum and woodsmoke aromas and flavours . Chill it down a touch ( 15 minutes in the fridge ) and match it to spicy beef dishes or grilled gourmet sausages .
