Tasting Notes
Dreamy golden yellow. Aromas of ripe yellow-green fruits, flowers and Mediterranean herbs appear on the nose. The aromas are enhanced on the palate: pears, apples, apricots, elderberries, sage and a slight hint of vanilla and honey emerge. Great minerality and freshness with a medium body.
