Tasting Notes
The 2019 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is largely from the Windy Flats Vineyard in the western foothills of Wooden Valley. This plot brings the complexity and the aromas to this wine. Some of the Watson Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was also added for its acidity! The lots were whole cluster pressed, and fermented cold to give a crisp and fresh Sauvignon Blanc.
