Tasting Notes
A very serious Chardonnay at the price, with good complexity from some skin contact, ageing in concrete eggs and foudres and 10% malolactic fermentation. Fresh, balanced, yet concentrated, it's structured and refreshing with a whisper of oak and flavours of pear, citrus and lemongrass. Drink date: 2021-2025. Score - 91.
